In her 15 years on the Canadian Women’s Trampoline Team Heather set Canadian and World difficulty records and was an early trailblazer in the sport.
Career highlights include an individual 5th place and Canadian team bronze at the 2003 World Championships, as well as 5 World Cup silver medals and a 6th place finish at the 2004 Olympic Games. Heather is an NCCP Level 4 Trampoline Coach with experience coaching athletes at every age and stage along the LTAD pathway. Now working as an independent sport consultant, she is more often found coaching coaches and training learning facilitators as a Master Coach Developer for both Gymnastics Canada and the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association. As a Sport for Life LTAD Expert Consultant, Heather has enjoyed working with various acrobatic and artistic sports including Synchro Canada, Water Ski and Wakeboard Canada, and the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association. She was a member of the Meaningful Competition Working Group and has been a frequent speaker and panellist at the Canadian Sport for Life Summit.
